What is your process? What makes you different than other services?

We meet every candidate we send out. We get to know their “story” and then we test them according to their background. We check professional references.  Our process is thorough and has a personal touch.

How do you get your candidates?

The majority of our candidates come from candidate and client referrals.  We also advertise with trade publications and on job boards.

How long have you been in business?

We opened Legal Option Group in 1997 and Corporate Option Group in 2014.

What is your guarantee period?

We have an unconditional 90 day guarantee if the fee is paid in full within 30 days.

How do I know you have my best interests in mind?

We won’t stop our recruiting process until the client is satisfied. We have lost deals as a result of not believing something was good for a client. We would rather not make the placement, than make a placement that will not last or place a candidate who has something questionable in their background. Again, we are “big picture” people and we want to earn your trust.
