Karen Chasalow Saken , Lisa Aronson and Ira Goldstein founded Legal Option Group, LLC in 1997.  They had spent over 8 years working together at a company that specialized in placing support staff and managers in law firms.  When that company was sold, Karen Lisa and Ira decided to form a recruiting firm that was unique and uncompromising in its screening and matching standards, work ethic, and service capabilities.  With their individual talents and mutual respect for one another, their partnership flourished, as did Legal Option Group, LLC.  In 2001 LOG opened their successful downtown Los Angeles office to better service their downtown clientele.  In 2008, Corporate Option Group, a division of Legal Option Group, LLC was formed to better service corporate accounts.
