Mina Chang joined Legal Option Group’s Direct Hire Division in 2006. Mina’s passion for recruiting comes from her caring nature and her desire to assist candidates with a successful job search. What Mina loves best is finding the perfect career opportunity for her candidates … which also leads to her incredible referral network. She is dedicated to making long-term placements by thoroughly understanding the needs of both her candidates and clients. Mina received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA.

Stephanie Crochet
Stephanie joined Legal Option Group in March of 2008 in the Direct Hire Division. She has been in the recruiting industry for over a year, however, has been in the service industry for 7 years. Stephanie has built strong and trustworthy relationships with her clients and candidates. Her clients recognize that she is a very meticulous screener and only sends stellar candidates. They also recognize that she provides excellent follow-through and guidance. At the end of the day, the most important thing to Stephanie is to make sure that her clients and candidates are truly satisfied with her work.
